Dharmshala is one of the most popular hill sation in Kangra district.The headquarters of Central Tibetan Administration and Dalai Lama's residence in McLeodGanj are in Dharamshala. Itinerary
01 Day: Delhi (Arrival)
Arrive at Delhi you meet and greet by our representative, proceed to the hotel, check in at the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.
02 Day: Delhi - Pathankot
After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Delhi including India Gate, Red Fort, Qutub Minar,Humayun’s Tomb,Jama Masjid, Parliament Street and Raj Ghat. Later, commence to the railway station and board the train to Pathankot. Overnight stay on board the train.
03 Day: Pathankot - Dharamshala
On arrival at Pathankot Railway Station, leave by road for Dharmshala, a small picturesque hill station with a large population of Tibetan refugees along with the headquarters of Central Tibetan Administration and Dalai Lama's residence in McLeodGanj are in Dharamshala. In the afternoon, proceed for visit to the Namgyal monastery where his holiness Dalai Lama resides. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
04 Day: Dharamshala
Breakfast at hotel, day is free at leisure. In the afternoon, proceed half-day sightseeing in Dharamshala including Dal Lake-placed surrounded by lush greenery nearby lake also has a Shiva temple also visit St. John’s Church- an Anglican church built in 1852, it is devoted to John The Baptist. The rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel.
05 Day: Dharamshala - Pathankot - Delhi
Breakfast at hotel, after breakfast checkout the hotel and proceed to the Pathankot Railway Station and board the train for Delhi. Overnight on board the train.
06 Day: Delhi
